For who: Everyone! Beginners welcome. This class is accessible for all levels.
What to expect: Hot 60 is a spirited, lean series of poses/yoga shapes presented in a pose/ pause format. The class draws from the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that popularized hot yoga. You will see familiar poses in each class and this format is similar to Modo 60. This class is known to be more simple than a freestyle flow but is not easy as the poses are held for longer intervals.
