Latricia seeks to lead her classes with openness to students’ needs – combining strength, balance, and power with ease and softness. She loves the power and energy that comes from a group of people practicing and breathing together: « It shows me that human beings really can change the world with their collective, unified energy. » An Alabama native who has lived in all four quadrants of the United States, Latricia admits that she didn’t like mac and cheese as a kid.
