Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, but a few years ago, I decided to immerse myself in teacher training to deepen my own personal practice. I completed my 500 hour advanced training with Corepower Yoga. I currently teach Vinyasa and Hot Yoga!
In my classes, I love to create dynamic flows to help cultivate body and breath awareness to give students a deep understanding of the practice. I seek to help students by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
