Anya is passionate about low impact workouts that can kick your butt –– but are safe and super fun. She believes that integrated core and muscle strength, breath, flexibility and range of motion, should lie at the heart of a great fitness routine. Anya hopes to motivate others to develop mobility and strength, that they can take into their own activities and every day. Backcountry alpine touring with her snowboard, mountain biking, running and hiking with her dogs in nature is her happy place. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and is Lagree Level 1 and Barre certified.
