Erin

Teacher

Growing up in the Okanagan, Erin engaged in a variety of sports and activities (basketball, volleyball, soccer, snowboarding), and as an adult, fitness and movement have continued to be integral parts of Erin’s life. Her yoga journey began when Modo Yoga Kelowna opened up in her first year of university; it only took a week of classes before Erin was hooked! Having moved to North Van in 2016, she soon decided to pursue her 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2017 in Nicaragua. Since then, Erin has gone on to do many different movement certifications, including TRX, youth yoga and mentorship, Feelosophy yoga, and trauma-informed yoga. Through all the different modalities  she has learned, Erin has come to recognize that fitness and wellness is not a one-size-fits-all path and looks different for everyone. Erin brings a lot of energy, positivity, and enthusiasm to her classes, offering directives & instructions in a way that is both challenging, but also accessible & enjoyable.
