A Dance-Asana practice
Bringing the best of the New York dance world and the wisdom of Patanjali’s yoga, Karine will guide you on an epic journey of self discovery and spiritual awakening.
Through the fusion of dance and yoga, this 75 minute practice offers a unique and holistic approach to fitness, wellness and creativity. Weaving together choreography (and music) inspired by legendary choreographers, with the mindful introspection of yoga, students will move seamlessly between the two disciplines and experience a sense of flow and liberation. No dance experience required; kick off your shoes and come ready to explore and recharge!

Join us for a special evening of yoga & poetry. Modo Yoga NYC and spoken word artist, Mason Granger are collaborating for a poetry-inspired yin yoga practice. Lindsay Janisse will guide you through a yin yoga sequence informed by the spoken word poems performed during each shape. The practice is designed to help you tap into your body and your voice. You’re in for an inspiring evening that explores the union of two iconic and heart-filled art forms, poetry and movement. Class can be booked for $15 drop in or using your regular purchase option.
