All month, first-time friends are free! (You must have an existing pass: Intro Month, Class Pack or Membership).
You can bring as many friends as you like!
Gabriel was a student at Modo since 2018, a gifted bodyworker, healer and a dear friend, and for him, Modo was a place of refuge.
We celebrate his life and his memory in this special donation class, where all proceeds benefit OkYou.org; a nonprofit organization that helps folks navigate big emotions while supporting mental health.
This is a free class, with a suggested donation of $15.
In this 4-week beginner handstand series, you’ll work on building the strength, awareness, and confidence necessary to balance in the middle of the room! This will be a supportive learning environment where you can ask questions and get personal feedback on how to improve your handstand practice. Each session will explore warm-ups, drills, and techniques to condition the body for handstands and give you the tools to safely practice on your own between sessions.
Join us every Saturday for a 75-minute handstand practice. Beginners welcome.
Sweat for Sustainability is Modo Yoga’s 30-day community-wide challenge that combines yoga practice with environmental advocacy.
This year, we’re raising funds and awareness for Junglekeepers—a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the Amazon rainforest from human activities (such as logging, mining and burning to clear land for agriculture), which contribute to the devastating effects of climate change.
Participants are invited to deepen their daily yoga practice while supporting a meaningful cause. It’s the ideal blend of fitness and philanthropy, reflecting Modo Yoga’s dedication to good health and environmental stewardship.
Get ready for an incredible month! Grab your mat and join us as we experience the powerful connection between personal well-being and protecting our planet—all through yoga and raising funds for Junglekeepers.
Join Graham and Valerie for a Soundbath Yin experience. Enjoy restorative Yin postures accompanied by crystal bowls, gongs and other soundbath instruments.
Soundbath frequencies have been shown to promote healing, reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep.
Note: Once you purchase the credit for this class, you must add yourself to the roster to save your spot.
Join us every Sunday for a free, all-levels yoga class specifically for our BIPOC community.
On the last Sunday of the month, stay after for light snacks and an opportunity to make new connections.
