There are two sessions for 2 age groups:
Thursdays
5:30 Ages 4-8: 10am-11am
7pm Ages 8 – 11: 1pm-2pm
Sundays all ages (4 – 11)
And parents, don’t worry – we haven’t forgotten about you! Feel free to practice right next door in the heated room while your little one is finding their own type of zen 🙂

Slow flowing guided movement and breathwork leads into Yin and restorative yoga all accompanied by live percussion and sound scapes to enliven the senses!

Welcoming to all, from those who have never meditated to more experienced practitioners, the Buddhist Meditation Sangha aims to provide a supportive community space to practice meditation and explore the teachings of Buddhism.
Mike began his Buddhist path 20 years ago when he stumbled upon the teachings of Vietnamese Zen monk Thich Nhat Hahn. Since then he has attended meditation groups, retreats and dharma talks from monks and nuns of many traditions, including the Thai forest Tradition, Burmese Theravada, Japanese Soto Zen, Tibetan Buddhism and Korean Seon.
Mike hopes to share his explorations and help guide others toward the traditions and teachers that speak most strongly to them, so that they too may enrich their own practice or begin one anew.

Join us on Friday evenings for a Modo Class that gives back! This class is by donation only (no class passes). We ask everyone do Pay what you can towards a donation to a local charity or fundraising event or a global environmental cause, depending on what our focus is! This is a wonderful way to make Modo classes accessible and affordable for all! We suggest a $10 donation but will accept any amount you choose to donate. Sometimes we will take clothing, non perishables, menstrual products etc.

This year, we’re raising funds and awareness for Jungle Keepers—a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the Amazon rainforest from human activities (such as logging, mining and burning to clear land for agriculture), which contribute to the devastating effects of climate change.
Participants are invited to deepen their daily yoga practice while supporting a meaningful cause. It’s the ideal blend of fitness and philanthropy, reflecting Modo Yoga’s dedication to good health and environmental stewardship.

If you have a monthly auto-renewing membership at our studio, the cost to participate in the challenge is a $20 donation to Jungle Keepers.
NON-MEMBER PRICING:Â
If you do not have a monthly auto-renewing membership or Club 365 membership, the cost to participate is $120. This includes 30 days of yoga and a $20 donation to Jungle Keepers.
