Barre

Barre class is a combination of the stretching and toning movements of Pilates and yoga, the strengthening and sculpting principles of ballet, and a high-energy cardio workout—small isometric movements target and tone every muscle in your body.  This class is accessible for all levels and beginnings are always welcome. Please be sure to preregister online as class size is limited to 27 participants. Dress as you would for a yoga practice- no so socks or shoes are needed.

Core Barre

This class offers elements of our beloved Barre Classe with an extra focus on Core. Core barre class is designed to provide “extra strength training “ and challenge the muscles that make up the torso, spine, pelvis area of the body that stabilizes the spinal column, hips, and pelvic region, combined with classic barre movements. Please be sure to preregister online as class size is limited to 27 participants. Dress as you would for a yoga practice- no so socks or shoes are needed.

Yin

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that stimulates the parasympathethic nervous system to promote relaxation. Postures are held for several minutes and the focus is on stretching the deep connective tissues in your body to help release tension. This class is suitable for anyone. Props can be used to…

Ashtanga

Ashtanga is a powerful Vinyasa style practice that follows a set sequence. Each practice will help to build strength and flexibility and build into the next time you step onto your mat. Accessible to all levels, but some flow experience is always helpful. We would recommend you have taken a few Modo practices first, or step in with an open mind!
