Anastasiia describes her classes as an “opportunity to slow down, focus on breath, and a chance to practice loving awareness.” She likes giving space to explore longer holds while staying mindful and lighthearted. She mostly likes seeing student’s let go of their expectations and have fun while doing it! Yoga has helped her to overcome many of her inner battles, anxiety, and the overwhelming noise of the outside world. This is what she wants to share with as many people as she can! Anastasiia enjoys exploring new cuisines and trying to flavours with different food combinations. She believes she is the friend that orders “the weirdest thing on the menu!”
