For who? This class is accessible for all levels. This class is a great complement to any regular yoga practice or movement practice/activity.
About this class: In this class, we move away from a “traditional” yoga class and explore functional movement, mobility exercises, resistance band work, and weight training. It is a great complement to any regular yoga practice. While this class is held in our non-heated room, you will work up a sweat! All props are provided for this class.
