AUTO-RENEWING MEMBERSHIPS

• Be Free Unlimited Membership auto-renews monthly and charged to your card on file monthly.
• Be Flexible Limited Membership auto-renews every 4 weeks and charged to your card on file every 4 weeks.
• No minimum commitment.
• 7-day cancellation notice before your scheduled recurring payment date to cancel your membership by completing the Cancel Membership Request Form found under the Member Services page.
• Accepted payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Visa-Debit or MasterCard-Debit.
• Suspend membership option for 14 days min up to 90 days max free of charge. Submit your suspension request at least 2 days in advance of suspension start date by completing the Hold Membership Request Form found under the Member Services page.
• Additional suspensions in a calendar year are subject to a $20 administrative fee.

LATE CANCEL FEES

• Drop-ins and class cards are forfeited if class cancellation is less than 2 hours before class, or if you no-show for a class.
• Any membership holder who cancels a class less than 2 hours beforehand will be charged a $1o late-cancellation fee, or if you no-show for a reserved space you will be charged a $10 no-show fee.
• Workshop fees will be forfeited for cancellations less than 24 hours. With 24 hours notice or more, you will receive credit on your account for the workshop which you can use to attend another workshop at a later date. No refunds, no exceptions.
• Cancellations due to weather: If a class within a series or workshop is cancelled due to weather, there is no refund, no credit or make-up class. Payment has already been allocated to resources and expenses incurred for that workshop or series.

FOR ALL PASSES

• All memberships, drop-ins, and passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Class cards are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase.
