For Who? All levels. No yoga experience necessary. This class is suitable for all, including pregnant women. 

About this class: Yoga Nidra invites a deep state of rest and relaxation through guided meditation while the practitioner is in a supported, comfortable Savasana position. Benefits of this practice may include space for deep rest amongst busy days, help boost creativity, serve as a meditative practice, and improve sleep. You are welcome to borrow studio props or bring your own.
